I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dental office. From the very first phone call, Dr. Hand went above and beyond by personally answering the phone and taking the time to consult with me herself. She explained everything thoroughly, shared important information I truly needed to know, and even offered me a free second opinion. She personally arranged a time for me to come in, and her lovely receptionist Becky followed up exactly as promised to schedule everything. When I arrived, Becky was just as kind and welcoming in person. The office itself is spotless, calm, and set in such a quaint, relaxing environment with the most pleasant scent throughout the office. Dr. Hand came in, introduced herself, and immediately made me feel comfortable. She is personable, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and took her time carefully evaluating my situation while thoroughly explaining my treatment options. I felt comfortable and cared for during the entire visit. After I left, Becky promptly followed up with an estimate of my out-of-pocket costs through my insurance, which I truly appreciated. Dr Hand is a caring and wonderful Dentist. You are the only patient she works on, unlike many dentists that work on multiple people going room to room at the same time as your appointment. Her staff is also amazing! They where able to get me in very quickly with a problem I was having. I would definitely recommend Dr Hand if you are apprehensive and nervous about going to the dentist. She’s an excellent Dentist!

I cannot say enough good things about Hand Family Dentistry. I came in with severe pain from an infected tooth and was honestly exhausted and overwhelmed. They were able to get me in quickly, which meant so much during such a stressful time. From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated me with kindness and patience. Dr. Hand was incredibly professional and reassuring. She explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and took care of the extraction and bone graft with such care. Even though I was nervous, I felt completely supported throughout the procedure. The staff was attentive, compassionate, and responsive, especially knowing how much pain I had been in before coming in. If you’re looking for a dental office that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine care, I highly recommend Hand Family Dentistry. The very best service! Dr. Hand and Becky are the nicest ladies from the dentist industry I ever met! I had an emergency (tooth ache, persistent pain, swollen gum and tooth infection). I called early in the morning and Becky understood my situation kindly found a spot for me at the same day! I got text message with the link for paperwork to save my time so when I came on spot I got x-ray and 3D scan from doctor's assistant right away. Doctor Hand didn't keep me waiting long for consultation (not like in other offices you sitting and waiting for 2 hours, you know). She was very kind and very attentive. She made a referral to periodontist to check me also before starting next stage of treatment plan. Becky called partner periodontists to find one who can I see as soon as possible and got me appointment in 10 days (nobody did it for me before, usually dental office gives you a referral to 1 and you call by your own to find out that they can schedule you in a month and a half the earliest). It calls not just "good service", it calls CARE WITH PERSONAL TOUCH! On the way home (I live an hour to drive away) I got the message from my pharmacy that my antibiotic order is ready to pick-up. W

I’ve been wanting to review Dr. Hand for a long while now and am now finally getting around to doing so. My mom began going to Dr. Hand/ Hand Family Dentistry a few years back and she raved about her. Being my mothers daughter and prior dental assistant, I’m not going to lie, I kind of brushed her off because she’s my mom and that’s what even grown adult children do from time to time (lol don’t judge please). Finally, not just myself but my children as well needed to go into a dentist for our 6 month check ups and I decided to give her a chance (we live about an hour away… so a long chance lol). I can say now 2-3 years later, she is the medical professional that we all love going to. She’s down to earth, sweet, funny, and very truthful. I have never loved going to any doctor until now. I totally trust her and as someone who is very skeptical of any medical professional, that says a lot. Her staff is just as sweet and as awesome as she is! Now just open an office in North Port/Englewood fl area and we would be even more ecstatic lol! Thank you all for being you, for all that you do, and for staying in practice! - The Shuleva Family
